LIZZEE has been hairdressing in Coffs Harbour for over 8 years. Her love of colour and styling keeps clients coming back for more. She has that special ability to help clients feel relaxed and enjoying the full experience whether its getting that sensational new hairstyle, colour or just a trim. Lizzy has also won awards in the Hairdressing Industry. Nervous brides and debutantes are her specialty.
NIINA has travelled the world arriving on Australian shores 3 years ago from Finland. Her passion for hairdressing & attention to detail with her clients and customer service are fantastic. Niina has brought an added international dimension to our rapidly growing team and specialises in Cutting & Colouring for all ages.
LOZ has been hairdessing in the Coffs Harbour area for over 4 years. Her passion for colour and styling has clients raving about her techniques and coming back for more and more. She has a natural ability to help clients feel relaxed and enjoy the full experience from sensational colours, hairstyling or just a trim and tidy up.
WOOLGOOLGA TEAM
LAUREN is an extremely sought after expert Beauty Therapist from the Coffs Coast region and specialises in laser IPL/RF, dermabrasion as well as all your day to day beauty treatments. If you are really serious about high quality beauty at an affordable price YOU need to ring & book before everyone else hears about how sensational she is. Welcome Lauren we love your professionalism & pampering style.
BIANCA has her clients absolutely loving the way she consults with them to make sure they are getting exactly what they want. Bianca's colouring & cutting skills surpass a lot of senior hairstylists due to the high levels of training that all our apprentices undertake. As a third year apprentice she has already shown great motivation, organising to do work experience on the TV show COPS L.A.C. where she impressed everyone on the set with her dedication to learning as much as she possibly could and her fun sense of humour. Bianca is a local from Woolgoolga and exceptionally excited to be back close to her family and friends.
TANIA has a very dynamic and professional attitude with all her clients. She has come to the Coffs Harbour region from Tasmania and has been hairdressing for 6 years. Tania has a special knack of being able to consult with her clients on their hair needs and specialises in colour & cutting makeovers with spectacular results. GREGhas just joined us as a Specialist Cutting Stylist and his attention to detail is amazing. He has travelled extensively and been hairdressing along the east coast of Australia including Sydney. Greg brings a high level of experience and expertise to our team.
INROE TEAM
MINDYhas been hairdressing on the South Coast, Canberra and Coffs Harbour for 16 years. Mindy heads up the Inroe team as Manager & Creative Director.
Her passion for styling hair for Weddings and Formals gives Mindy an extra talent of being exceptionally versatile with both short and long hair. Mindy's amazing attention to detail with cutting and colouring leaves clients absolutely delighted. She has won numerous awards in the Hairdressing Industry, recently being placed second in the NSW State Championships in Sydney for 'Senior Catwalk' and 2 years running in the Regional NSW Hair Competition for Senior Catwalk and Cutting & Colouring. Congratulations. Mindy has been recognised by her peers, being invited to adjudicate at Hair Industry Competitions.Loving all aspects of hairdressing Mindy's knowledge, enthusiasm and caring nature is refreshing for clients of all ages.
AMANDAhas taken time out to enjoy her gorgeous new son and is looking forward to seeing all her loyal clients mid 2012. Amanda is a senior hairstylist with over 9 years experience and is reknown throughout the North Coast Region for her passion in colouring & cutting. Amanda has trained with numerous national & internationally acclaimed stylists including Anthony Ida (Winner of Hairdresser of the Year 3 yrs running),Richard Kowanacski & John Chadderton. Amanda has also been instrumental in training of the apprentices at INROE to an exceptional standard.
SAM is truly excited to have rejoined the Inroe Team and so are her client's happy for her return as well. Sam loves cutting, colouring and upstyling. Her enthusiasm and dedication to hairdressing shines through with her clients loving the special attention to detail she gives from the consultation through to the end results.
TASH is in the 2nd year of her apprenticeship & is developing a regular faithful clientele. She has magic hands with all our clients loving her head massages. Tash is a hairdressing star in the making, as she is quick to learn and absorb new information.

SHANNON is our amazing Customer Service Advisor and Trainer who has extensive experience in the customer service industry as well as other industries. She is responsible for training all our team members on the customers perspective and experiences. Shannon is also busy behind the scenes with the administrative management of the salon group.
DONNAH has been a hairdresser for 36 years. Her sense of adventure and love
of travel has propelled her career forwards working all over the world including America, England, Spain and Portugal. She bought her first hairdressing salon at
the Gold Coast in 1979 and has been involved in the hair industry and businesses ever since. She is exceptionally excited to have such an extraordinarily talented team in her businesses.
